"Danielle has changed the way l eat in the best and healthiest way!"
I cannot thank Danielle enough for her nutrition coaching. Thad never had any guidance with food or meal prep so she taught me so much. I wasn't sure what to expect, but l have since become a habitual meal prepper which has made my life so much easy and made me feel so much healthier. I have noticed more muscle, felt fuller, and less bloated since following her tips. Danielle has a fix or tip for everything and everyone.Â

"For the first time in years my relationship with food has evolved into a healthy and balanced way of life."
Pincite Nutrition has taught me real, sustainable healthy methods to improve my overall health. As a 34 year old woman who has struggled with finding balance with nutrition for decades, Incite has given me the tools and mindset that I can be successful without making drastic changes to my lifestyle. I have been educated on what proper meal portions should be, why fad diets aren't sustainable, the importance of fueling our bodies with proper foods and completed effective exercises that meet my needs.

"I've never felt more confident and strong."
Working with Danielle has been a game changer for me! She's helped me achieve so much. I love when I train with Danielle. We connect on another level: Not just as trainer/trainee, but as friends. I wouldn't be where I'm at today with food, mindset, and fitness without her!

FAQ
About Working with a Sports Nutritionist & Dietitian
What does a sports nutritionist do?
As a sports nutritionist and RD, I help athletes break through fitness plateaus, recover faster and safer, and gain muscle and strength while improving body composition. I train athletes of every level.
As a weight loss management specialist, I also train men and women who want to lose fat and get lean. While we attack your weight loss goals, we simultaneously boost your overall well-being so that at the end of your training you not only LOOK amazing, you feel better, too.Â
What's the difference between Medical Nutrition Therapy and functional nutrition coaching?
Both nutrition coaching and functional nutrition can offer valuable supportâespecially when it comes to behavior change, lifestyle habits, or navigating chronic symptoms. But itâs important to understand where each service fits, and whatâs appropriate (and legal) for different professionals to provide.
- Be sure to work with someone who is appropriately trained and credentialed for the type of support you're seeking. For example, an RD is licensed to provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT), while coaches focus more on general wellness and habit-building.
- Be cautious of nutrition coaches or functional practitioners stepping outside their scopeâsuch as diagnosing conditions, interpreting labs, or treating diseaseâwhich legally requires a licensed healthcare provider.
- For clients managing a diagnosed condition (like diabetes, GI disorders, or PCOS), it's essential to involve a licensed practitioner like a Registered Dietitian.
- Functional approaches can be helpful when used responsibly and should ideally be part of a coordinated care plan that includes your primary care provider or specialist.
As dietitians, we advocate for safe, ethical, and evidence-based nutrition careâand that includes helping clients navigate the wellness world with clarity and confidence.
Do I have to be an athlete to work with you?
No. As a Registered Dietitian and personal trainer, I tailor my coaching and medical nutrition therapy to ALL types of individuals. I work with clients who are not athletes, but simply want to live a healthier lifestyle and know that the key to getting there is fitness and nutrition.Â
Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, or address medical health needs, I can help you get fit and healthy.
Can I still drink alcohol?
Great question. I typically suggest either:
- Greatly minimizing alcohol consumption, or
- Eliminating alcohol altogether
Which option we choose for your specific nutrition plan depends on your medical history, current health, and future goals.Â
Alcohol has adverse effects on our bodies, including disturbed sleep patterns, increased cravings resulting in unnecessary calorie consumption, and delayed muscle recoveryâŚand thatâs just to name a few. As your personal trainer, Iâd rather save you from these icky side effects!
Iâm vegetarian/vegan. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely. No matter your diet preferences, weâll work together to create a unique plan that meets your bodyâs needs.
Can you create my workouts, too?
I sure can. I can create a custom fitness plan unique to your lifestyle and your nutrition goals.
Are there any restrictions that Iâll have to follow, such as not eating dairy, being gluten-free, etc.?
I ainât about that canât-eat, sadistic relationship with the foods you love.Â
When we work together, Iâll help you create a plan that does not require you to restrict the foods you enjoy. (What's the point of living if you canât have that cupcake?!)Â
Of course, there will be an initial adjustment phase for habit instillation in which you will follow specific eating plans for a defined period of time. Over time, youâll discover a ânew normâ in which you gobble up everything on your plate like an unsupervised kid at a birthday party. Â
Do you make meal plans?
While I do not create one-off meal plans, I help you learn your bodyâs unique relationship with food.Â
The meal plan paradox: Itâs impossible to develop a healthy relationship with food when youâre chained to an inflexible plan. Youâre a human being, not a science project!Â
When we work together, Iâll help you learn how to create meals that satisfy you and provide your body all the nutrients needed to achieve your goals. Inside my website portal there is an arsenal of tried-and-tested recipe packs that my coaching clients get to work from, but these only work once you understand how to adapt them to meet your bodyâs needs.Â
