 The Meal Prep Project is a 70 day dive into building healthy habits and understanding the need to build a foundation in nutrition and fitness.

Unhealthy eating habits need to pump the brakes so you can make room for fueling your body with healthy AND delicious food (all without giving up your favorite foods, following any diets or restricting your meals).

Apply for The Meal Prep Project! Once you apply you will be invited to schedule your interview call with Coach Dee to make sure you're the right fit. New cohorts open every 12 weeks! (*Limited spots available for each cohort*).

STEP TWO: ENROLL

Once enrolled, you get instant access to the IN.F app, community group and program guide.

STEP THREE: ENGAGE

Once inside, you get access to the group chat, and a warm welcome video from Coach to get you started with your program guide. The program guide provides a weekly instruction list/checklists/and worksheets to prepare you for your transformation!

STEP FOUR: DEEPEN

Once your 70 days is complete, you will have the option to join the monthly membership to keep moving forward with your goals!
